What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for building, testing, and publishing Ubuntu images optimized for various public cloud infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with cloud partners to ensure that the images meet their specific requirements while maintaining a consistent operating experience for users. Your role will involve setting technical direction, managing project timelines, and ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed.

You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to support their professional development and address any challenges they may face. You will also be responsible for performance management, helping your team members set and achieve their career goals.
