What you'll do

As the IoT Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a regionally-focused team of Field engineers, guiding them in presales and professional services activities. You will be responsible for helping customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery, ensuring that their IoT initiatives are successful and secure. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, to align on strategy and execution.

You will also be tasked with developing and implementing best practices for solution delivery, ensuring that your team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. Regularly engaging with customers, you will assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Canonical's open source offerings. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of IoT projects across the Americas region, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.
