CaptivateIQ is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the Incentive Compensation Management product line. You'll be responsible for the strategy and execution of a mission-critical product area. This role requires strong leadership and product management skills.

You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in leading product lines that drive significant business impact. Your experience includes hands-on leadership and a deep curiosity about solving complex problems in sales performance management. You excel at balancing strategic thinking with decisive execution, ensuring that product development aligns with business goals.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about empowering teams and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Desirable
Experience in incentive compensation management or sales performance management is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytics tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of CaptivateIQ's Incentive Compensation Management product line. This involves defining the product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators to measure success. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features that meet customer needs and drive revenue performance.
You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, you will develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the product to potential customers. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and new features.
In this role, you will mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and communicating progress on product initiatives to executive leadership.
