You are passionate about employer branding and understand the importance of creating a compelling narrative around the company culture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your recruiting strategies and continuously improve processes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will collaborate closely with founders and executives to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will design and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates for various roles across engineering and go-to-market teams. You will also play a key role in shaping the employer brand, creating engaging content that showcases the company culture and values. As a strategic partner, you will provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on talent acquisition trends and best practices. You will manage candidate relationships, providing timely feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Additionally, you will analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to enhance the recruiting process.
