What you'll do

In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will collaborate closely with founders and executives to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. As a strategic partner, you will provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
