Who you are
You are an undergraduate student eager to gain hands-on experience in the medical device industry, particularly in quality and operations. You have a keen interest in how quality systems and operational processes support the execution of medical device programs. You are detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a team focused on improving patient outcomes through innovative technology.
You possess strong organizational skills and are comfortable working in a regulated environment. You are excited about the opportunity to support quality documentation and assist with operational workflows. You are also open to contributing to light HR-related projects, showcasing your versatility and willingness to learn.
What you'll do
In this role, you will enter and maintain training records within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will observe and provide administrative support to one of Cardiosenseβs active product development programs, gaining insights into the operational aspects of medical device commercialization. You will help synthesize technical and market insights into clear, actionable takeaways for internal stakeholders, enhancing your understanding of the intersection between technology and healthcare.
Additionally, you will assist with light HR-related projects as needed, supporting documentation, data tracking, or process improvement initiatives within People Operations. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive view of how quality and operations function within a medical AI company, preparing you for future roles in the industry.
