You are detail-oriented and enjoy watching videos, with a keen eye for quality and relevance. You thrive in a remote work environment and are motivated by performance incentives and clear milestones. You are eager to learn and improve your skills in quality assurance through practical experience.
What you'll do
As a QA Intern at Instawork, you will watch long-form videos at 4x speed and create accurate clips based on clearly defined rubrics and training provided by our team. You will ensure that the clips meet quality, timing, and relevance standards while maintaining daily productivity targets. You will follow feedback to improve your clipping accuracy over time, aiming to achieve a daily target of 30 hours of video clipping.

This is a fully remote internship with flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will receive a stipend of ₹18,000 per month, along with performance incentives based on your productivity.
