Careem is hiring an Account Manager II to nurture relationships with restaurant partners in Dubai. You'll play a critical role in helping partners grow on the Careem platform. This position requires strong relationship management skills.

You have experience in account management, ideally within the food delivery or tech industry — you understand the nuances of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. You are a curious problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with various teams to ensure partner success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external partners. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your approach and drive results for your partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of the food delivery industry, ensuring that you meet the needs of your partners while aligning with Careem's mission to simplify and improve lives.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager II at Careem, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners in the UAE. You will work closely with these partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to thrive. You will collaborate with operations and product teams to enhance the partner experience, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with insights and strategies to optimize their performance on the platform. You will also be involved in onboarding new partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they join the Careem ecosystem. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Food team and the overall mission of Careem.
