What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Manager at Fivetran, you will own the incremental growth of your book of business by retaining and expanding customer accounts. You will approach your accounts with a strategic mindset, prioritizing outreach and planning to maximize engagement. Your role involves identifying opportunities for increased usage of Fivetran's solutions, helping customers realize positive business outcomes. You will manage customer contracts from planning through negotiation to execution, ensuring a smooth process for upsells and renewals. You will also tier your accounts to focus on high-potential customers and develop tailored outreach strategies to drive engagement and growth.
