You have a strong background in category management, ideally with experience in the grocery or retail sectors. You understand how to drive P&L performance and have a knack for developing strategic sourcing strategies that align with business goals. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market trends and consumer behavior effectively, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and impactful.
You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with teams across operations, commercial, analytics, and product. What you'll do
As a Category Manager at Careem, you will own the P&L for your categories and develop assortment strategies that resonate with our customers. You will work closely with the grocery team to shape the growth of our product portfolio, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our users. Your role will involve optimizing pricing strategies and sourcing processes to maximize profitability and enhance vendor relationships.
