You are passionate about the collectibles market and understand the unique needs of collectors, particularly in the Coins & Banknotes category.

Desirable

Experience in the collectibles market, particularly with coins and banknotes, is a plus. Familiarity with auction platforms and online marketplaces will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in data analysis or business strategy will also be beneficial as you work to optimize category performance.

What you'll do

As the Category Manager for Coins & Banknotes, you will drive the strategic direction of one of Catawiki's fastest-growing categories. You will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Leading a team of numismatic experts, you will ensure that the category is well-curated and meets the needs of collectors. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing and operations, to enhance the visibility and performance of the category. Your role will involve setting performance metrics and using data to track progress, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets. You will also be responsible for developing promotional strategies that resonate with collectors and drive engagement. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence within your team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
