What you'll do

As the Senior Manager - Fintech Compliance, you will lead the compliance framework across all Careem Pay markets, ensuring that the company adheres to regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of ethical business practices. You will manage a team of 8 AML professionals, guiding them in their daily operations and ensuring that compliance measures are effectively implemented.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with product teams to integrate compliance considerations into the product development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.

You will also play a key role in conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as necessary. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a proactive compliance culture within the organization, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
