What you'll do

As the Senior Manager - Compliance at Upstox, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements set forth by exchanges, depositories, SEBI, and other regulatory bodies. You will lead a team that assesses compliance risks, designs and implements controls, and conducts surveillance to monitor for compliance breaches. Your role will involve responding to regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries, ensuring that the firm maintains its reputation and integrity.

You will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and ensure that all employees understand their responsibilities regarding regulatory adherence. Your leadership will be crucial in developing training programs and resources that empower staff to recognize and mitigate compliance risks effectively.
