What you'll do
As the Senior Operations Lead at Careem, you will spearhead the Captain Acquisition & Market Ops initiatives in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage the supply base, ensuring that third-party logistics suppliers are onboarded effectively and that captains are available and ready to serve customers. You will analyze market trends and operational data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in developing localized operational engines that drive growth and reliability across new and existing markets. Your insights will help shape the future of Careem as we embrace AI-driven solutions to improve our services.
