What you'll do
As the Sales Team Lead at Careem, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy and vision by successfully signing and onboarding new restaurant partners. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring they are equipped to enhance the customer experience through increased restaurant supply. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to your team to achieve sales targets.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the growth of Careem Food and establishing it as a market leader in the region. You will also be involved in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
