Who you are
You have a strong background in technical architecture and integration, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully led the design and implementation of complex systems that align with business goals. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct thorough requirements analysis and create detailed technical documentation for new modules and integrations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of solutions. You are passionate about leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with AI applications in business processes is a plus, as Careem is looking to integrate AI into their operations. Familiarity with cloud services and security best practices will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Technical Product Manager, you will own the technical architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the strategic goals of Careem. You will lead the requirements analysis and solution design process, working closely with various business functions to gather insights and define technical specifications. Your role will involve designing and optimizing integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation that guides the development and implementation of new features and integrations.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within the organization, helping to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be essential in ensuring alignment across teams.
