Who you are

You have a strong background in managing integrations and migrations, with a focus on customer success. Your experience includes working directly with customers to guide them through the integration journey, ensuring they realize the full value of the platform. You possess excellent troubleshooting skills and can communicate complex technical concepts in an audience-appropriate manner. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with internal teams and customer IT stakeholders to implement integrations smoothly. Your ability to build cross-functional relationships makes you a key driver of customer success.

You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically assisting with ERP integrations. Your familiarity with major ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential. You also have basic SQL knowledge, enabling you to perform joins between tables and understand how data is ingested into ERP systems. Your technical skills are complemented by your strong communication abilities, allowing you to effectively lead trainings and support sales conversations when integration expertise is required.

What you'll do

In this role, you will apply your technical and troubleshooting skills to customer engagements across EMEA, focusing on new implementations and ongoing support for live customers. You will own the setup steps for integrations, ensuring successful and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through every stage of the integration journey, from HRIS provisioning and SSO to reporting APIs/SFTP. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to deliver on existing integrations and help shape the future of Navan's integration ecosystem.

You will contribute to documentation and lead training sessions for Account Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to support customers effectively. Your role will also involve providing feedback to improve the overall integration process at Navan, making it more self-service, less error-prone, and easier to manage at scale. You will be a subject matter expert in Navan's integration ecosystem, helping customers maximize their usage of the platform and resolve any issues that arise during migrations.
