CareMessage is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape product positioning and messaging for their patient engagement platform. Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, where you've successfully communicated complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your background includes a strong understanding of interoperability and data intelligence, allowing you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare organizations. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Brand, and Customer Success, ensuring that every feature is well understood and effectively represented. Your passion for health equity drives you to connect deeply with the communities you serve, and you thrive in mission-driven environments. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to translate technical jargon into clear, impactful messaging that highlights the value of your products.

Desirable

Experience with AI-assisted workflows is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to convey the innovative aspects of our platform. Familiarity with safety-net systems and free clinics will also be beneficial in understanding the unique challenges faced by our target customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the positioning and messaging frameworks for CareMessage's rapidly evolving product suite. You will lead the execution of product launches, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to healthcare networks, FQHCs, and tribal health organizations. You will collaborate closely with the Product team to understand new features and integrations, translating these into marketing materials that resonate with our audience. Additionally, you will work with the Brand team to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine our messaging and positioning continuously. You will also engage with customers to gather insights that inform our marketing strategies and product development.
