Who you are
You are a Senior Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and a passion for simplifying complex processes. You have experience working directly with clients and understand the importance of delivering a great customer experience. You think from first principles and enjoy finding new and creative ways to solve problems. You value speed, accuracy, and meaningful impact in your work, and you have made significant contributions in your previous roles. You are confident working independently but also know when to collaborate to keep projects moving forward. Your helpful and professional attitude allows you to exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when addressing customer issues.
Desirable
You have knowledge of international tax or Transfer Pricing, which will be a bonus in this role. Experience working at a high-growth software company is also a plus, as it will help you adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment at Caribou.
What you'll do
In this role, you will become a tax expert and use that knowledge to implement clients onto the Caribou platform, setting them up for long-term success. You will liaise directly with customers to understand their commercial objectives and their business needs. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You will also work closely with the Head of Tax and other team members to automate processes and improve efficiency. Constantly seeking ways to better your process and your team will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring that clients are satisfied and that their needs are met effectively.
