You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As an entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician, you are ready to learn and grow in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working mandatory overtime when required.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards before it is delivered to customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
