Who you are
You have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the auto body repair field. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including potential mandatory overtime. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English.
What you'll do
As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, ensuring that vehicles are ready for the next steps in the repair process. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
