You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various repair tasks with precision and skill. Your expertise includes performing bodywork on multiple panels, heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repairs. You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment, ensuring that you can deliver high-quality results efficiently. You understand the importance of safety and quality standards in automotive repair, and you are committed to maintaining these standards in your work. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and improve processes.
What you'll do
As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on various automotive panels, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's high standards for quality and appearance. You will engage in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, addressing any structural issues that may arise during the repair process. Your role will also involve large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to restore vehicles to their original condition.
