You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in various repair techniques. Your skills include heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair, making you a valuable asset in the automotive repair field. You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools and are committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving the best results for customers. Your attention to detail ensures that every repair meets the highest standards of quality. You are also open to continuous learning and improvement, as evidenced by your willingness to participate in training programs offered by Carvana.
What you'll do
As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will utilize your skills in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to address various repair needs. Your role will also involve large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to restore vehicles to their original condition.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, using advanced tools and equipment to carry out your tasks. Your contributions will help ensure that low-mileage, late-model cars are ready for customers, enhancing their overall experience with Carvana. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level prep roles, sharing your knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members.
