You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. Your skills in light bodywork, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, will be essential in this role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with minor plastic welding and small area bodywork, including Bondo repair, is a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment will help you thrive in this position.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light bodywork on vehicles. This includes prepping, sanding, and buffing to ensure that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality that Carvana is known for. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, as well as conducting minor plastic welding and small area bodywork repairs. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional vehicles to our customers.

You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to complete your tasks efficiently. Collaboration with your team will be key, as you will need to communicate effectively to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
