Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle is prepped to the highest standards before paint application. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs that will enhance your skills and pay as you progress in your career.

What you'll do

As an Entry-Level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint, which includes sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to ensure that every vehicle meets our quality standards. Your role is crucial in the vehicle refurbishment process, and you will collaborate closely with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail will help ensure that the vehicles are not only visually appealing but also safe for our customers. You will receive ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and advance your career within Carvana.
