You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various bodywork tasks with precision and skill. Your experience includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair, showcasing your versatility in handling different types of repairs. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.

You are familiar with using state-of-the-art tools in high-tech environments, which allows you to work efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you work on meets high standards of quality and safety. What you'll do

As an Autobody Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple panels of vehicles, ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards. You will engage in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, addressing various types of damage to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will also involve roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to ensure that every vehicle is ready for delivery.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and technologies to carry out your tasks efficiently. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will be paramount as you strive to meet the company's mission of delivering exceptional vehicles to customers.
