Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various repair tasks effectively. Your expertise includes performing bodywork on multiple panels, heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repairs. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment.

You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding the importance of meeting deadlines and quality standards. You are open to working mandatory overtime based on business needs, showcasing your dedication to the team's success. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring effective communication within the team.

What you'll do

As an Autobody Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing various bodywork tasks on vehicles, ensuring that they meet the company's high standards for quality and safety. You will work on multiple panels, utilizing your skills in heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling to restore vehicles to their original condition.
