What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. You will utilize your expertise to perform heavy engine work, ensuring that vehicles are restored to optimal performance.

You will be expected to handle advanced vehicle electrical issues, which may involve troubleshooting complex systems and implementing effective solutions. Your role will also include installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

In addition to technical skills, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs and services performed. This documentation is crucial for tracking vehicle history and ensuring transparency with customers. You will also collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a positive work environment.
