Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.

You thrive in a high-tech environment and are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, and you appreciate the opportunity for training programs that help you advance your skills and pay as the company grows.

What you'll do

As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics.
