Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating a strong background in automotive mechanics. Your expertise includes performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and have experience repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, and you appreciate the value of using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. You are also open to training programs that help you progress in your skills and pay as the company grows.

What you'll do

As a Senior Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work on a variety of vehicles. You will conduct advanced vehicle diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Your role will involve repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues and installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. You will work collaboratively with other technicians and staff to ensure that all vehicles meet Carvana's high standards of quality and safety.
