Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics and repairing complex electrical issues. You are comfortable working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and have a strong understanding of vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems.
You thrive in a high-tech environment and are eager to use state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. You are committed to delivering quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you are always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge in the automotive field.
What you'll do
As a Master Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. You will perform extensive repairs on vehicles, including heavy engine work and advanced electrical repairs. Your role will involve installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, ensuring that all work meets industry standards.
You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient operations within the Inspection Center. You will also have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers. Your commitment to quality and safety will be essential as you work on various vehicles, ensuring they are road-ready and meet customer expectations.
