Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair β you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques necessary for high-quality repairs. You are a team player who is committed to Carvana's mission and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can collaborate with your team and understand instructions clearly.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized wheel repair machines. You will also be tasked with painting and clear-coating wheels to restore them to their original condition. Your role will involve working in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, where you will utilize state-of-the-art tools to ensure the highest quality of repairs. You will receive training programs to enhance your skills and ensure your pay progresses alongside the company. Additionally, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
