Who you are
You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are familiar with using wheel repair machines and have experience in painting and clear-coating wheels, ensuring high-quality finishes. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized tools and techniques. You will operate a wheel repair machine to restore wheels to their original condition, ensuring that they meet safety and aesthetic standards. Additionally, you will apply paint and clear-coat finishes to the wheels, enhancing their appearance and durability. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your tasks efficiently. Your role will also involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
