You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, allowing you to perform the essential duties of the role. You are comfortable reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, which is crucial for effective communication in the workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that every car meets Carvana's high standards. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, maintaining a pristine appearance that reflects the quality of the Carvana brand. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests.

You will work closely with your team to ensure timely deliveries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the Market Hub. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the company's growth.
