Who you are
You are an experienced Certified Stellantis technician with a strong background in automotive repairs. You have a passion for delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise includes diagnosing customer concerns and performing proper repairs on various vehicle systems, including engine and powertrain repairs. You are familiar with warranty and recall repairs, as well as module programming, and you thrive in a dealership service environment.
You understand the importance of quality and trust in the automotive industry, and you are committed to upholding these values in your work. You have experience working in a full-service repair facility, handling customer-pay and warranty repairs, and you are not just focused on maintenance work. Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
What you'll do
In this role, you will diagnose customer concerns and perform necessary repairs on vehicles, including engine and powertrain repairs, transmission repairs, and diesel (Cummins) repairs. You will also handle warranty and recall repairs, ensuring that all work meets the high standards set by Carvana. Your responsibilities will include checking engine lights and troubleshooting various electrical issues, as well as performing module programming as needed. You will work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure a seamless repair process and maintain customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a dedicated team at Carvana Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Casa Grande, where you will contribute to a culture of quality and care.
