What you'll do

In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance and daily checks of conference and training rooms to ensure all audio-visual equipment is in optimal condition. You will provide on-site and virtual user support for all AV equipment and video conferencing platforms, assisting team members with any issues they encounter. You will collaborate closely with the Senior AV Engineer to plan, set up, and execute company-wide live events, ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly. Additionally, you will assist in documenting audio-visual assets and creating instructional materials to enhance team understanding and usage of AV technology. Responding to global tickets regarding audio-visual issues will also be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to engage with stakeholders across the organization.
