You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can fulfill the driving requirements of the role. You are also able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for clear communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience Specialist - Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' homes, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and with a smile. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing them with a seamless experience. Your role will also involve participating in community outreach initiatives, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing Carvana positively in every interaction.

In addition to vehicle delivery, you will assist in the inspection and preparation of vehicles before delivery, ensuring they meet Carvana's quality standards. You will also be involved in scheduling deliveries and coordinating with other team members to optimize the delivery process. Your ability to manage time effectively and communicate clearly will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every three months. You can progress from $20/hr to $22/hr within your first year based on your performance.
