What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers at their homes, providing them with the joy of receiving their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events, helping to foster a sense of connection between Carvana and the local area. You will be expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles you deliver. Additionally, you will have opportunities to grow within the company through performance-based merit increases, allowing you to enhance your earnings over time.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20/hr, with the potential for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and beyond, with the possibility of earning up to $22/hr within your first year.
