You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this position. You are capable of reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they receive their car. You will be involved in the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster customer loyalty. Your role will require you to be available for various shifts, including mornings and evenings, as well as weekends, to accommodate customer needs.

You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based pay increases, starting at $17 per hour with the possibility of progressing to $19 within your first year.
