What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they receive their car. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need to enjoy their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in local community events to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will work shifts that may vary from 7am to 9pm, and your days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and throughout your first year, potentially reaching up to $20/hr.
