You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they receive their car. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the information they need and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

You will work a shift from 9 am to 7 pm, with the expectation of being available to work 7 days a week, as days off will rotate between weekdays and weekends. This flexibility is crucial to meet the needs of our customers and ensure timely deliveries.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can expect to see your pay increase as you progress through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days. In your first year, you can potentially earn up to $19/hr based on your performance.
