Who you are

You are detail-oriented and capable of accurately assessing the condition of vehicles. You have a high school diploma or equivalent and are at least 18 years old. You possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ensuring you can operate vehicles safely. You are comfortable using digital devices and mobile applications, which are essential for documenting vehicle conditions. You are physically capable of performing tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs, and you are willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

What you'll do

As a Vehicle Condition Associate, you will inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns. You will operate state-of-the-art digital tools to assess the exterior and interior condition of Carvana’s wholesale inventory. Your responsibilities will include taking multiple images of assigned vehicles, documenting any observed damage, and ensuring that each vehicle is accurately recorded with the correct trim levels and features. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and appearance of the inventory, contributing to Carvana’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
