As an entry-level Vehicle Quality Control Associate, you are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. You understand the importance of thorough inspections and are dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction through quality assurance. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside production and quality assurance teams to improve processes and outcomes. Your ability to document findings accurately and communicate effectively will contribute to the continuous improvement of vehicle quality at Clutch.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet Clutchβs high standards. You will evaluate the exterior and interior condition of vehicles, including paint, trim, and upholstery, ensuring that every detail is accounted for. Additionally, you will test vehicle functionality, including windows, mirrors, and HVAC systems, to guarantee that all components are working properly. Your inspections will play a crucial role in the delivery process, as you will ensure that only the highest quality vehicles reach our customers. You will document your findings meticulously and collaborate with the production team to address any issues that arise. Your contributions will support Clutch's mission to provide a seamless and hassle-free car-buying experience.
What we offer
