You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will work a shift from 11am to 9pm, with a rotating schedule that includes weekends and weekdays. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr. We also provide performance-based incentive programs that can further enhance your earnings.
