You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. You are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for effective communication with customers and team members. You are flexible with your schedule, available to work 7 days a week, and can adapt to varying shift hours.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and with a smile. You will engage with customers during the delivery process, answering any questions they may have and providing a seamless experience. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community events, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will involve maintaining a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company standards. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and customer advocacy, working together to enhance the overall customer experience.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching up to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
