What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a moment of joy. You will engage with customers, answer any questions they may have, and provide a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that all vehicles are in excellent condition. Your ability to manage your schedule effectively will be crucial, as you will be expected to work shifts from 11 am to 9 pm, with rotating days off. You will also have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through Carvana's performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit increases every 90 days based on your performance.

What we offer

Carvana is committed to investing in your success. We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with the potential to increase your pay based on performance. You can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year, thanks to our structured merit opportunities.
