Desirable

Experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus, as it will help you excel in this position. A strong understanding of the automotive industry can also be beneficial, although not required. You are a team player who enjoys engaging with the community and making a positive impact through your work.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the information they need to feel confident in their purchase. Your role will also involve participating in community events, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

You will work flexible shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate customer needs. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building lasting relationships and enhancing Carvana's reputation as a leader in the automotive retail space. You will also have opportunities to grow within the company, with performance-based merit increases available every 90 days.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with the potential for increases based on performance. You can expect to see your pay progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year through our Careers Not Jobs program, which rewards hard work and dedication.
