What you'll do
As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also participate in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your performance will be recognized through our Careers Not Jobs program, which offers merit-based pay increases and growth opportunities.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, potentially reaching up to $19/hr.
