You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old, ensuring you meet the necessary requirements for this role. What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers on their driveways, providing them with the excitement of receiving their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in local community events, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company. You will work flexible hours, with shifts available from 7am to 9pm, and be prepared to work seven days a week, with rotating days off. Your commitment to customer happiness will be key in reintroducing joy into the car-buying process.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at three and six months, with the potential to earn up to $20 per hour within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
