You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to make their car-buying experience enjoyable. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively convey information to customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
You are adaptable and can handle various tasks throughout your shift, from assisting customers on the driveway to participating in community events. Your positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction make you an ideal fit for the Carvana team.
What you'll do
As a Dealership Attendant at Carvana, you will be the face of our company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will assist customers with their inquiries, guide them through the process, and ensure they have a seamless experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
You will also participate in local community events, representing Carvana and helping to build relationships within the community. Your ability to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days. You will have the chance to grow your earnings based on your performance, with potential increases up to $24/hr within your first year.
