What you'll do
As a Customer Success Driver at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and assisting with any issues that may arise. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your hours will be from 11am to 9pm, and you will be expected to work 7 days a week with rotating days off. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and strives to create a positive impact in the automotive retail space.
What we offer
Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $19/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
